On June 28th 2009, There will be a Benson's Exhibit at the Hudson Memorial Library. Exhibit opens at 10am till 4pm. The Exhibit will run from June 28th thru July 12th, Sunday thru Saturday. Hope to see some of you at the Benson' Exhibit.

On one of my last walks noticed something by the lake that looked like shredded paper. I found this site a few weeks ago and after reading some of the posts it definately piqued my curiosity. On May 31st I went to the old park & after a bit of searching figured out how to get in. Great job Town Crew and Benson's Committee...nice to see progress after all of the years of State of NH, neglect, decay and destruction. Looking forward to seeing 'Ft. Jasper' reopen to the public one day...in some form.

Good News !! I took an approved walk thrue Benson's today. The town crews have been working in there for several days and have made great progress !! They have secured the gates and fences to keep the vehicles out.They have cleaned up the tires and trash, filled in the sink holes,and are... (more)

The park is great to walk through, got permisssion to go there now we cant, enjoyed sitting by the pond , and walking through there, needs work, very relaxing if you need any help cleaning up please notify me through my e-mail! Would love to help out

Before the housing development claimed some of the park property I let a friend know about the park and how it appeared there was access to it.
